Sino-Korean numbers run money, dates, minutes, and phone numbers. If you can count to 10, 11 is just 십일.

십 + digit

일 1, 이 2 … 십 10, 백 100, 천 1,000. 11 = 십일, 20 = 이십, 23 = 이십삼. Money uses 원. Minutes use Sino numbers + 분. Phone numbers are read digit by digit, often with 공 for 0. Do not use Sino numbers for 시 (o'clock) — that stays native.
