After a vowel or ㄹ, use -로 (왼쪽으로). After other consonants, -(으)로 (앞으로). 가다 + 세요 = 가세요, a polite command: please go. Location nouns sit before 에: 옆에 next to, 앞에 in front, 뒤에 behind, 건너편 across. 직진 is go straight — often 직진하세요.
