아/어 주다 · 못

주다 after a verb is a favor: 바꿔 주세요 = please connect / switch me to them. 전화해 주세요 = please call me. 못 before a verb is cannot (ability or circumstance): 지금 못 받아요 = I can’t take it now. Phone numbers use Sino digits. 문자 is a text. Casual texts drop -요; keep -요 with anyone you are not close to.
