가족 is the people unit. Count them with 명, mark possession with 의 (often just 제), and say who you are with using (이)랑.

의 · (이)랑

의 is of / ’s, but in speech 제 가족 is more natural than 저의 가족. (이)랑 means with (or and, for people). After a vowel: 랑 (친구랑). After a consonant: 이랑 (형이랑). 가족이 네 명이에요 uses native numbers + 명 for people. 결혼했어요 is I got married (past of 하다).
